Small enough to be simple, complete enough to run on

TinyMIS — the Tiny Management Information System — was built to solve a real problem: most HR tools are either too heavy and expensive, or too basic to handle the day-to-day realities of Indian payroll, attendance and statutory compliance.

We set out to make a system that is genuinely lightweight to set up and use, yet covers the full employee lifecycle — from biometric and GPS attendance, through leave and flexi shifts, to payroll with PF, ESI and LOP, plus workplace modules like canteen and visitor management.

The result is a single dashboard that an HR officer, a branch manager and a field employee can all use — each seeing exactly what they need.
